The workshop takes place at the Helmholtz Institute for RNA-based Infection Research (HIRI), Josef-Schneider-Str. 2, Building D15, 97080 Würzburg, Germany. The institute is located on the Würzburg Medical Campus / Klinikum.

You can easily get to the Medical Campus by public transportation from the main train station: Take the tram line 5 at “Hauptbahnhof Ost” towards Grombühl and leave the tram at “Uniklinikum Bereich D”. By long-distance bus: Würzburg can be reached conveniently and inexpensively with various long-distance bus routes. There are currently several direct connections, including to and from Berlin, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Cologne, Munich and Rostock-Warnemünde. The buses arrive at the main train station.

By car: Würzburg is at the center of important main traffic routes: intersection of the A3 Cologne-Würzburg-Nuremberg, A7 Hanover-Würzburg-Ulm and A81 Stuttgart-Heilbronn-Würzburg.
By plane:The international airports of Frankfurt and Nuremberg are only about 60 minutes away. From there, simply take the train and arrive in Würzburg. Or from the respective airport via the A3 to Würzburg.
